 FREE Shipping on all orders over $95 within Australia. This is a limited time offer. This offer can change, see latest during checkout. The exact and latest information on free shipping can be seen during the checkout process.  Only standard shipping is given free even during promotions. Express post will not be free even during promotions. Regular shipping and express post shipping fees can be seen in the table below.

Dispatch time

We will usually pack and post your order within 24 hrs after receiving it, Monday to Friday. In some case, it may be up to 48 hrs dispatch time. We use Australia Post for delivery and you will get an email with tracking info. that will keep you updated with your order.

Weekends: Sunday Australia Post is closed. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed within the next two business days.

Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address, Parcel Locker (this page has more info. on parcel lockers) or via Australia Post eParcel or Australia Post Express eParcel.

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing your tracking number soon after we process your order. Orders can be tracked online via Australia Post website.
